Algal bloom removal line

MIRAE E&I newly developed an algal bloom removal vessel. It can solve the funda- mental cause of algal bloom by directly removing the algal bloom on the surface of the water. Unlike methods up to the present (coagulants, microorganisms, chem- icals, loess spraying, or manual algae-gathering methods requiring human labor), this vessel pulls up algal bloom on or near the surface of the water along with water and sends out only clean water to the water surface as the algae is filtered through a filter housing

Operation Principle of Algae Removal Line

MIRAE E&I’s hydraulic algal bloom removal vessel is an innovative product that sucks in 12㎥ of water and is capable of removing algae by 86% using the filtration method and by 99% using a screen filter.

Key Features

The filtration system uses a screen filter that allows water to flow down naturally due to gravity. This process repeatedly filters out algae, allowing water to pass through the algae filter mesh and flow to the water drainage plate, returning it to nature.
